This product includes the information sent by BME Regulated Markets and MTFs to the Competent Authority according to Article 27 of MiFIR.

This regulation obliges trading venues and APAs (Approved Publication Arrangements) in the European Union are obliged to submit, no later than 9 p.m., the reference data of all the financial instruments admitted to trading in their systems for its publication, the following day, in the Financial Instruments Reference Data System (FIRDS), managed by ESMA.

BME Market Data will make the reference data submitted by trading venues and APAs available for its clients immediately after its submission to the competent authority, so that they can have this information at their disposal the day before its publication by ESMA.
